the google way

The phx office is having their holiday party this Friday. Of course I want to dress appropriately - without looking like I am trying too hard. But, if it is a chance to wear a nice dress, I want to know, since I don't dress up in my daily life.

Finally today Kris got more info about the festivities.
"From a holiday party e-mail: One more thing...Traditionally, Google does these things as formal dress. Your Fun committee has elected to change the dress code a bit to "stylish". You decide what that means, (and yes, there will be judging - and maybe a prize...)."

"Stylish"? Judging?! I don't want to decide what this means. I want them to tell me what it means. Even if it isn't the google way.
