How can it be raining ("rain shower" according to weather.com) but the humidity only be 72%. I always thought rain (water in air) = 100% humidity or close to it. Apparently, there are many things I still have to learn about living in Tucson (or just thngs I have to learn about meteorology). Can someone explain?
