Margaret's press cookies

These are my favorite christmas cookies. We made them as long as I can remember as kids at my grandmother's house. I love almond flavor and they always turn out so pretty.


I tried a new disc shape. The cookie press I have has 15-20 shapes and I generally only use 3. These little mountains are the new shape. They are a challenge to decorate with sprinkles because when they are pressed out, there is just a small surface at the top. So I stuck in these little dinosaurs. Not christmasy, but cute.
