cookies day 2

Today: rolled out and cutout gingerbread dough, made chai almond cookies, and made the dough for Margaret's press cookies. Also, we experimented with the Ritz and chocolate with yummy results. (The duck is my favorite cookie cutter. Lisa had to remind me to use the person cookie cutter so we could make actual gingerbreadmen out of the gingerbread. Tomorrow is the decorating - I may try to make mine look like the one from Shrek).
