This was at a normal restaurant. Our bill was no where close to this. The table was 4 guys, maybe late 20s/early 30s. The waiter told us that half the bill was from wine - they order the two most expensive bottles of wine on the menu ($17,000 and $15,000 - one that was 50 years old). Still, that leaves $3,2000 in food - from a menu that wasn't that large - which is was mystifies me the most.
All in all, a fun trip and a good start to winter break.
